I've used Plumbing Doctor twice now and both times they provided excellent service. The people who answer the phone are very nice, keep you informed about schedule, and will call you if they can get to your job earlier then originally scheduled. Both of the techs who came to my house were very nice, polite, and knowledgeable. They clearly explained the job and costs ahead of time, and seemed happy to explain what they were doing while making the repairs.

Marc and Marco arrived early and were super friendly. They listened to me and were beyond just the normal helpful. They quickly identified the real problem and fixed it. They took the time to explain everything and gave me plenty of solution options. I spent the last 16 hours stressing over calling a plumber and multiple trips to Home Depot. Just call them and it will save you.

Just bought a home and had a leak. Richard came right in and found the problem. He was very polite and informative. Fast and quick. He was very honest is what I valued most about him. He didn’t overcharge us and was very friendly. I’m glad to know that there are still honest companies out here that have trustworthy people like Richard. Look no further and give them a call. You won’t be disappointed. Great work Richard!

I needed the pipe to my water meter fixed and my water heater fixed - two separate leaks. Lady in the office scheduled a same day appointment. They gave me a two hour window. John came by at the very beginning of the window, gave me a quote and fixed both of my problems in the same day. Price was fair and both people who came were really nice and friendly. Would definitely use them again!

1st good impression was their good attitude coming to work friendly, engaging & on time. Good team communications explained to me the cause of the problem & a positive suggestion & options for repair. Kudos to Tanis & Mark for doing work on high expectations I will definitely recommend Plumbing Doctor to my friends & neighbors. Thank you, Bud
